Thrive...don't just survive

Knowledge is power. Support is crucial. And hope is just around the corner. Learn the essentials about what it takes to overcome adversity and build a life of sustainable wellness everyday, come what may.

ResilientU™ is a community program and advocacy campaign that builds resilience and sustainable wellness, specifically for "survivors."

Through support services, educational resources, and grassroots efforts focused on healing, empowerment, and collaboration, ResilientU™ works to improve the lives of those individuals, families, and groups affected by any kind of heartache or heartbreak, disaster or loss, health concern or life-threatening danger, trauma or tragedy—essentially any kind of adversity which disrupts the rhythm and security of daily life.

Our mission is to help people more than "survive" life's challenges, but actually to thrive in their wake.
